Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed that's bursting with flavours associated with festive period, rendering it ideal for a festive gathering. Save the extra cordial you can use for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or for another batch of bikinis.
Bikini Recipe
Yields 10 guests
For the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Premix (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
To prepare the Cordial: Combine all the items in a saucepan, heat until it reaches a simmer, agitating so the sugar melts. Next, take off the burner and leave to reach room temperature completely. Transfer to a sterilised bottle, close it keeping it in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
For the Cocktail Base: Mix every liquids into a sizeable container, let it rest for an hour, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the cocktail base into a stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute to chill. Pour into a cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with some cranberries and finish using a brief mist with the mandarin essence above the glass.
